Mei so langsam wirds nimmer lustig--wenn gleich ich dieses mal keine nachteile davongetragen habe....der reihe nach:
gestern abend von betchance ne mail erhalten,worin eine seit 3 tagen!!! beendete wette storniert wurde....ja samma noch ganz sauber?
We would like to inform you that with regards to the match: FK Pobeda-FC Levadia Tallinn which played on the 18th of July 2007 will be considered as void.
Please note that herewith we are acting according to our own rules and instead of just closing the accounts of all clients who bet on it and keep the money on their account blocked, we are hereby putting the result as void and giving the amount of the money clients played back. We took the best decision for both the company and all the clients.
nach 2 weiteren stunden kommt die nächste mail,dass man aus kulanzgründen das storno wieder rückgängig gemacht habe....ja freili...die wette hab ich nämlich eh verloren!!--hatte das X gewettet

normalerweise viel rauch um nix,aber ich würde den thread erst mal separat stehen lassen,um zu erfahren,ob die ganzen wetten auf away(und das dürften einige mehr als auf X sein) auch storniert wurden,und ob die storni nach wie vor existent sind
was sich mir net ganz erschliesst ist der grund fürs storno--leider hab ichs net so mit dem englischen--hier der restliche "stornotext" von mail 1

The odds notified by BETCHANCE, with every means, are merely for reference. The company reserves the right to change the odds and to correct eventual mistakes or omissions. In particular in a case of obvious mistakes (owing to, for ex., mistakes in the record of the odds transcription or inversion), BETCHANCE reserves right to notify the costumers of the mistake and to correct the odds even when the outcome is already known. If this should happen it is the customers responsibility to request (before the start of the intended event ) the cancellation or the replacement of the selection. To avoid any possible misunderstanding the client is expected to request confirmation of the unclear odds before he places his bets. In appreciation of the inconvenience that these mistakes bring, BETCHANCE has put in place a series of internal management procedures to minimize this type of mistakes.
However some sporting events evade precise analysis or evaluation for the purposes of determining and codifying precise and unambiguous rules, through a combination of circumstances, while apparently simple, are just beyond reasoning.
The company reserves the right to investigate the game play and history of any customers if there should come up justifiable doubts on the honesty of his way of action. The company's fraud team will investigate accordingly and suspend accounts if the activity on an account is identified as suspicious. The account will remain closed and no withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is complete and it has been decided how to proceed with the relationship. Upon such time the customer will be informed by email about the investigation and also of their result.
Betchance does not intend to initiate disputes with its members and instead always seeks a solution which puts neither party at
a disadvantage but rather satisfies both parties.
