Sehe da leider keine hoffnung...
MIt "technischen Problemen" ist alles nur ne Taktik, über so eine lange zeit nun Down, hat nichts mit technischer Seite zu tun, dasl selbe Spiel war leider schon bei diversen anderen Bokkies so.

Players who deem to have any outstanding payments due to them on the mentioned licence are to send an email to support.mga@mga.org.mt and should submit the following information:

1. Name and Surname;
2. Registered Address;
3. Date of Birth;
4. Copy of Passport or ID Card;
5. Telephone Number;
6. Description of Product i.e. casino or sportsbook;
7. User Name; and
8. Screenshot of Balance or any pending Cash Outs (if not available an estimated balance is to be submitted).

The Authority notifies that no further information shall be released at this stage in order not to compromise any investigations that may need to be performed by the Authority and/or any other competent authority.

Habe direkt nach Complaint am 14.01.19 diese Email erhalten:

Dear Customer,

Whilst acknowledging your claim please be assured that player funds held with the operator are being safeguarded and the Authority will ensure that all legitimate claims will be paid accordingly in due course. For this reason a record of your full details is being retained and once the release of player funds has been sanctioned, we trust that disbursement will take place shortly thereafter.

We will keep you updated with the progress. Your patience at this time would be greatly appreciated.

Ich bin mir zu 99% sicher, dass hier Hopfen und Malz verloren sind und kein Spieler auch nur einen Cent sehen wird. Wer dann auch noch so dreist lügt, dem wünscht man wirklich nichts Gutes.

Hat nochmal irgendjemand irgendwas gehört nachdem die Dokumente und Infos an die MGA übermittelt wurden? Seit zweieinhalb Monaten nichts. Nicht mal eine Info, dass es bearbeitet wird oder sowas in der Richtung.

Im Netz gibt es auch keinerlei News.

Es tut sich tatsächlich noch was! Ich habe eine Mail von der MGA bekommen. Hoffentlich kommt auch irgendwann Geld...

Kindly note that a decision in relation to the compulsory liquidation proceedings which had been issued by the Authority has been delivered by the Court. Resultantly, the process for BTM to be dissolved has been commenced. In its efforts to protect player funds, the Authority will proceed with the applicable procedure in court so that the company is liquidated accordingly.

Vom 19.11.2020:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly note that BTM Entertainment Group Limited was dissolved by a judgment of the Civil Court (Commerce Section) as presided by Hon. Judge Zammit McKeon on 30 June 2020. The Court by virtue of the same judgement appointed the Official Receiver of the Malta Business Registry, Dr Kevan Azzopardi, as the liquidator of the company in question. He, together with his team has started the winding-up process of the company which will eventually lead to the striking off the company and the distribution of the applicable funds.

The Authority endeavours to provide the Official Receiver with all necessary information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/697) and any applicable legislation insofar as this is considered lawful and that it will assist the same with the above-mentioned winding-up process.

You shall shortly be receiving further information from Dr Azzopardi or a member of his team.
