falls Link zum Konkurrenzforum nicht erlaubt, hier nochmal nur das Zitat:
Hello
Allow me to introduce myself - Adam Wood, general manager at PremiumTradings. I hope that with this e-mail we will be able to resolve all that bothers you and we'll manage to get to a point where we'll agree that greed is not a winning strategy. At least not in your case.
Let me start with answering your question " How do you comment on this article?", aimed at my affiliate supervisor - Sue Vall, who was kind enough to answer questions like " I have a question, where can I see your license?", given that the license we operate under is explicitly exposed on the very index page, as a company fully aware of Curacao's legislation. The manner of your yellow journalism shows through sentences like "When contacted, a Curacao representative (who by the way was more than unprofessional when answering some plain simple questions - I wouldn't trust so much this jurisdiction) confirmed my suspicions revealing that PremiumTradings are NOT licensed and regulated in that territory." Pretty sure you can't give me a name and a telephone number of the Curacao representative. On the other hand I will be glad to provide you with a scan copy of PremiumTradings license. Your suspicions, with all my respect, are pitiable, as there are tens of bookies ( Betboo, Pinnacle Sports, Sportsbook, etc) which operate successfully over the years and have thousands of happy customers, and so does 1bet.com - under which license the sister company PremiumTradings works.
Further on:
"Horror stories about agents disappearing overnight are well-spread on the internet. The worst thing is, some of them might not even be agents and even if they are, could be affiliates who just want some share and cannot be trusted either." I don't understand how this is relevant to PremiumTradings - we have been working hard for our customers to provide them with a great service and we are soon to release a unique tool which will make their betting experience even easier. We have paid for this license and we are fully authorized to enlist as many URLs as we'd like to have. For we care about quality over quantity that's why we operate just two sites. Obviously PremiumTradings.com is not an affiliate site but an agency. Bellow you can check our license ( we didn't send it to you for a reason your manner of work is disgraceful):
I don't understand why you would need to attack a girl who has been so patient with you during your correspondence, which I went carefully through. Sue originates from neither of those two countries - Bulgaria or Curacao, and I don't understand why would you need her to be from Curacao - a country of total 444 km2? Honestly how did you deduce Sue's origin? Should we in this manner discuss your Moldavian origin? The only reasoning I see behind your attack is the fact that on a second thought we reconsidered working with you on a fixed fee deal as we were alerted by 1bet's affiliate team that once you receive the payment you don't provide the services described in the contract you eagerly take care of. As a proof to my words I can provide the whole correspondence with 1bet which has never been answered by you, once the payment had been processed ( a past cooperation you had with them in the spring of 2011):
Lastly, IBC have also confirmed that they have nothing to do with PremiumTradings." Now this is ridiculous - as we have acquired the highest possible rank in IBC - super-agent - a level which allows us to handle millions of credits there. If you were a professional, you would know that IBC will never give the names of her agents.
As this article is disgrace for the affiliation community and the statements in it are not only deceptive, but also are not backed by any means, this will be further brought up to our attorney, and this will be solved in court. Please, be aware that our legal representative will shortly contact you on the phone provided in this site.

Wäre natürlich ziemlich cool so wieder bei Betfair die Wettbörse nutzen zu können.
